1. Service Overview
Alamo Litter Patrol provides cat litter box swap, Litter-Robot cleaning, and scooping services in the San Antonio, TX area. Services are scheduled weekly or as agreed at sign-up.
2. Pricing & Billing
Pricing is published on our pricing page. We charge after your first completed visit; recurring service is billed weekly thereafter. Setup fees (where applicable) are charged once at sign-up.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@alamolitterpatrol.com. We'll stop billing after your current week's service. No cancellation fees.
4. Skipping a Week
Reply SKIP to our reminder text the day before service to skip that week. No charge for skipped weeks. If you don't respond, we'll deliver service as scheduled.
5. Access & Safety
For home-entry service, you agree to provide a safe path to the litter box and to confine pets that may be aggressive. For porch service, the box must be reasonably accessible. We reserve the right to skip a visit (and not charge) if access is unsafe or blocked.
6. Loaner Boxes
Box swap and Litter-Robot service involves a loaner box left at your home during sanitization. Loaner boxes remain our property and must be returned at cancellation. Damaged or missing loaners may be charged at replacement cost ($30–60).
7. Service Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first visit, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
8. Liability
Alamo Litter Patrol carries general liability insurance. Our liability for any incident is limited to the cost of the affected service visit, except where prohibited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance.
