What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your name, address, email, phone number, ZIP, and details about your cat(s) and litter setup. We need all of it to deliver service.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your service
To send appointment reminders, photo confirmations, and skip-week prompts
To keep a payment method on file and bill you monthly for completed visits
To respond to your questions or feedback

Who we share it with

Nobody, with these exceptions: our payment processor, Stripe (which stores your card details; we never see or store your card number), our customer database (Airtable), our website host (Netlify), our email provider for booking confirmations and gift cards (Resend), our internal notifications (Slack), and any government or legal entity that requires it by law. We don't sell your data. We don't share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us anytime to see what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@alamolitterpatrol.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.

Cookies & Advertising

Our website uses minimal cookies, mainly so Stripe can secure the card form and to remember settings. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, and on some pages, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which lets us see when someone visits from one of our ads or mailers and, if they don't book right away, show them a follow-up ad later. These tools see anonymous browsing activity, such as which pages you visit and how you got here. They never receive your name, email, phone number, or address, even if you've typed that into a form on the same page. This doesn't affect your service in any way, and we don't sell your data to anyone. You can control ad personalization through your Facebook/Instagram account settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your browser's tracking preferences.
