Home entry is our standard service — we come inside, swap your box, and leave. If your cat has porch access and you'd prefer no-contact, porch service is available at $15 off any visit. Scooping services always require home entry.
Premium clumping clay litter, unscented. If your cat has a preference (pine, paper, crystal, scented), note it when you sign up and we'll match it.
No problem. You'll get a reminder text the day before — just reply SKIP and we'll see you next week. No charge.
We bag and dispose of it properly at our facility. You never touch it.
We pick up your Litter-Robot, deep-clean it at our facility, and return it within 3 calendar days. While yours is away, we leave a standard loaner box so your cat is never without. Home entry is required for pickup and return — porch service available at $15 off if your robot is accessible outside.
Scoop-only removes the waste clumps and leaves existing litter in place — great for maintenance between full cleans. Dump + refill is a full reset: we remove all the old litter and refill with fresh litter.
Yes — as an add-on to any active service. We can deliver our premium clumping clay on your service day, or source your preferred brand for a small sourcing and delivery fee. Not available as a standalone service. Ask us when you book.
Yes — 10% off any service for customers 65 and older. Just let us know when you sign up and we'll verify on the first visit. No paperwork required.
For box swap service, we use a rotating pair of boxes. While Box A is at your home, Box B is at our facility being sanitized. Next week we bring Box B clean and take Box A back. A one-time setup fee covers the spare box set that makes the rotation work (see below). Already have a spare you'd like us to use? Setup fee waived.
It's a one-time fee that covers the loaner box we leave with you any time a box is out of your home for cleaning — so there's always a clean one ready. It applies to box swap and Litter-Robot service (any time we leave a loaner). It's $50 for your first box or unit, plus $25 for each additional — so 1 is $50, 2 is $75, and 3 is $100. Have 4 or more? Contact us and we'll put together a custom quote. Already own a spare box you'd like us to use? We'll waive the setup fee entirely — just let us know when you book.
