IN THREE EASY STEPS

From sign-up to your first clean box, here's exactly what happens.

STEP 01

Pick Your Service

Choose what fits your home: The Weekly Patrol (one week we swap in a clean box with new litter, the next we scoop and top it off), Litter-Robot cleaning (we deep-clean your Robot at our shop and return it within 3 business days), Scoop Only (you buy the litter, we do the work), or Litter Delivery. Need more than one visit a week? Pick up to 6 days a week if you've got multiple cats. Then tell us how to get to the box: you're home, a spare key or door code, or the Porch.

STEP 02

We Come Weekly

Same day, every week. We text you a heads-up the day before. Need to skip? Reply SKIP to your reminder text the day before. No charge, no limit. Same-day skips: $10 short-notice fee. On service day, we're in and out fast: we do your Full Swap or Scoop, pick up your Litter-Robot for cleaning, or drop off your litter, then send a photo confirmation.

Let us take care of the scooping. No more lugging heavy litter. No more guilt. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, no contract, no fees.

Pick The Service That Fits You

We offer four services. The first three can also add litter for you to keep, brought on your visit.

🟧 The Weekly Patrol

We come every week and alternate. Full Swap weeks: we bring a clean XL stainless box filled with all-new litter and take yours back to our shop to sanitize for your next Full Swap. Scoop weeks: we scoop every box clean, top off the litter to 2 inches (up to 3 free), wipe down the box and the area around it, and take the waste with us. That's two Full Swaps and two Scoops a month. Litter and boxes are included. Rather use your own litter? Take $5 off every week.

🤖 Litter-Robot Cleaning

If you own a Litter-Robot (or similar automatic box), we pick it up, deep-clean it at our shop, and return it within 3 business days, fresh and clean with new litter. While yours is away, we leave a standard loaner box so your cat is never without. $85 per clean, plus $25 for each additional unit.

🧹 Scoop Only

Don't need our litter? We'll come scoop the box you already have and haul the waste away. You keep buying your own litter. $20 a week for one box, plus $10 for each additional box. Home Entry or on the Porch.

🐱 Litter Delivery

Just need litter? We bring it to your door.

  • One time: $15 delivery, plus the cost of litter.
  • On a schedule (every week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks): $5 delivery, plus the cost of litter.
  • Bags: 14 lb $7, 20 lb $9, 35 lb $14. H-E-B unscented clumping litter.
  • Another brand? Store price plus a flat $6 shopping fee. Name it in the booking notes, or text, call, or tell us in person.

🛍️ Add Litter To Your Visit

Already getting The Weekly Patrol, Litter-Robot Cleaning, or Scoop Only? We can bring litter for you to keep on your visit. No delivery fee. You only pay for the bag.

🏠 However You Want To Let Us In

You're home, you're not and we have a spare key or door code, or you leave the box on the Porch on your service day. Same price either way. Keys are tagged with a code, never an address, and kept locked.

📱 Communication

The day before your service, you get a text. Need to skip a service? No problem. Reply SKIP to your reminder text the day before. No charge, no limit. Same-day skips: $10 short-notice fee.

🎖️ Senior & Military Discount

10% off the entire monthly bill for customers 65+, and for active duty, veterans, and military families. Verified on the first visit. One 10% per bill, they don't stack.
