From sign-up to your first clean box, here's exactly what happens.
STEP 01
Choose what fits your home: box swap (we drop a clean pre-filled box, take the dirty one), Litter-Robot cleaning (we deep-clean your Robot at our facility and return it within 3 days), or scoop-only. Then pick home entry or porch service.
STEP 02
Same day, every week. We text you a heads-up the day before. Reply SKIP anytime to skip a week — no charge. On service day, we're in and out fast — swap your box, scoop, or pick up your Litter-Robot for cleaning — and send a photo confirmation.
STEP 03
Let us take care of the scooping. No more lugging heavy litter. No more guilt. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no fees.
We bring a clean, pre-filled stainless steel box, take the dirty one, and you're done. Litter is included. The dirty box gets deep-cleaned and sanitized at our facility and returned the following week.
If you own a Litter-Robot (or similar automatic box), we pick it up, deep-clean it at our facility, and return it within 3 calendar days. While yours is away, we leave a standard loaner box so your cat is never without.
Don't need a swap? We'll come scoop your existing box. Or do a dump + refill where we remove everything and refill with fresh litter. Both require home entry. No setup fee.
Need litter too? Add litter delivery to your service day — we bring our premium clay or source your preferred brand. Available as an add-on to any active service.
Home entry is our standard for box swap and Litter-Robot service — we come inside, swap the box, leave. If your cat has porch access and you'd rather not have anyone come in, porch service knocks $15 off every visit. Scoop services always require home entry.
The day before your service, you get a text. Need to skip a week, no problem, reply SKIP to skip that week with no charge.
10% off any service for customers 65+. Verified on first visit, no paperwork needed.
